Client Service Leader - Water/Wastewater

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the company’s infrastructure services in local market
• Develop strategic plans to build relationships with municipal and utility clients
• Leverage existing client relationships to establish the company as a trusted partner
• Identify new project opportunities and manage proposal development
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects ensuring quality and adherence to budgets
• Recruit and mentor engineers and project managers to enhance local presence
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on client satisfaction

Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA, CT, or NH
• Demonstrated success in developing new markets and securing key municipal clients
• Strong record of mentoring and team development in cross-discipline project settings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$195,000 – $220,000 annually
