Client Service Healthcare Associate

About the role

Join a dynamic Client Service team that connects investment firms, consultancies, and corporations with subject-matter experts to support informed decision-making. As an Associate, you will assess client needs, identify suitable experts, and recruit new professionals into a global network of over 1.75 million Advisors. Your work includes conducting targeted research, leading outreach and vetting conversations, and managing multiple client requests with efficiency and high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience
• Fluency in AI tools to support research and communication
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with senior professionals and work independently or collaboratively
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay

Base salary of $70,000, plus performance bonuses.
