Client Service Executive

About the role

Handle the day-to-day work for a group of client accounts. Keep client requests moving, answer questions, and make sure details are handled with care. Work with the Production team on renewals and help shape coverage solutions that fit each client’s needs. Look for ways to add services or lines of coverage when they make sense, help protect retention, and support revenue growth. Ask for referrals and keep relationships strong with client contacts and decision makers, when it's helpful.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
• Previous experience in managing client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance knowledge.
• Solid financial acumen.
