What Will You Do?
We are looking to add new teammates to join our growing Client Service Coordinator - Business Support team!
The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Sales Representatives while delivering exceptional service to clients. Acting as a key partner to the sales team, this position provides proactive operational, organizational, and client support to help drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Holding service requests
- Processing policy changes
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate results
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation
- Gathering and verifying client information
- Ensuring submissions are accurate and completed on time
No prior insurance experience is necessary - we provide excellent training.
Additional Qualifications Needed
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience
- Prefers a minimum of three years' customer service experience; prefers one year in a call center or inside sales environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Office programs and an ability to work in multiple applications
- Ability to successfully complete the training program; including learning about Property & Casualty and Life/Disability insurance concepts and coverages
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Juggles multiple competing priorities and tasks
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail
