What Will You Do?
We are looking to add new teammates to join our growing Client Service Coordinator - Business Support team! The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Sales Representatives while delivering exceptional service to clients. Acting as a key partner to the sales team, this position provides proactive operational, organizational, and client support to help drive business growth and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, handling service requests, processing policy changes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate results.
- Preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation.
- Gathering and verifying client information.
- Ensuring submissions are accurate and completed on time.
No prior insurance experience is necessary - we provide excellent training. Additional Qualifications Needed:
- Two-year degree or equivalent experience
- Prefer a minimum of three years' customer service experience; prefer one year in a call center or inside sales environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Office programs and an ability to work in multiple applications
- Ability to successfully complete the training program; including learning about Property & Casualty and Life/Disability insurance concepts and coverages
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Juggles multiple competing priorities and tasks
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail
You will go through a 10-week classroom training program that begins on Monday, September 14th, 2026. The hours during training are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Hours after training are 8:30am - 5:00 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The Client Service Coordinator - Business Support pay range is $25.20-$34.20. Starting salary will be $25.20.
