Responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage incoming calls with empathy and professionalism
- Provide initial guidance and support to clients before meeting with attorneys
- Ensure all calls are handled promptly and efficiently
- Help set a positive tone for the client's experience with the firm
Requirements
- Natural ability to put people at ease
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for making a difference in people's lives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
