Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and HairClub solutions.
• Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
• Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
• Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
• Client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.

Pay

Start at $19‑$24/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. (flexible options available based on location)
