Client Service Coordinator

About the role

HairClub offers an array of hair loss treatments for all hair types and stages of hair loss. New management believes in the power of hair and how it makes people feel happy, secure, and confident. You will interact with clients, potential clients, and visitors to create a welcoming environment, facilitate client scheduling, and help individuals through their hair‑loss journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients and visitors promptly with a smile, portray a positive attitude, and assist with reasonable requests.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, provide accurate information, and direct calls to appropriate staff while minimizing impact on present clients.
• Accurately enter all client transactions, selecting correct performers, service/product codes, and tenders.
• Actively manage scheduling activities, including advance booking, wait‑time optimization, service accuracy, appointment ticket accuracy, and appointment confirmations.
• Support the styling team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, communicating appointment changes, retail/service add‑on sales, and various administrative duties.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of high‑paced guest service experience.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale systems or other business software.
• Professional and timely communication with all persons in the company.
• Superior organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Independent, self‑motivated work style.
• Professional image.
