Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Schedule appointments with accuracy and extreme attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.
• Absorb and explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ memberships and products.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store cleanliness and brand standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Requirements

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Salon Experience Preferred
• Current Esthetic Students Preferred

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
