Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate a welcoming and positive environment for guests.
• Maintain a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette, and product/service recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Aid in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in Guest Service (1 year).
• Sales and Marketing Experience.
• Salon Experience preferred.
• Current Esthetic Students preferred.
