About the role

We are looking to add a Client Service Consultant to join our Property Casualty team in Denver, CO. Our forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture offers the opportunity to share your unique potential.

Responsibilities

  • Attend insurance carrier meetings and independently lead client meetings as required.
  • Manage accounts from start to finish, with support from a Client Service Specialist or Senior Client Service Consultant for larger, more complex accounts.
  • Consult with the team for pre-renewal meetings on qualifying accounts and development of client opportunities.
  • Market renewal policies and negotiate with insurance company underwriters.
  • Review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for clients.
  • Ensure account and policy accuracy by verifying customer information, coverage schedules, policies, endorsements, and audits.
  • Prepare client renewal documents and save them to the agency management system, including PSR, schedules, applications, experience mod worksheets, loss runs, and summaries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience, underwriting, or risk management in the insurance industry.
  • Active state-specific Life & Health/Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or ability to acquire within three months of hire.

Skills

  • Understands and applies insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs.
  • Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
  • Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.

Pay

The salary range for Colorado residents is $65,600–$109,300. Compensation is based on education, work experience, and industry certifications. In addition to salary, Holmes Murphy offers a comprehensive total rewards program including annual bonuses and professional development support.
