About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused full-time Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at the Acton, CA branch. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional, personal service to our clients while helping them navigate their daily banking needs.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
  • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
  • Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
  • May be reassigned to an alternate branch location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
  • Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Pay

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20 – $22.39 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
