Client Service Associate (Teller) 40 hours - Woodland Park, CO

We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Woodland Park branch. This role is ideal for individuals available Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
• Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or by referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Pay

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20.00–$22.50 per hour, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
