Client Service Associate (Teller) 20 hours - Pueblo, CO

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at the Pueblo North branch. The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving the community, working collaboratively, and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing various services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
• Resolve clients' problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
• Maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients' needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Pay

The base salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $22.50 hourly, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
