Primary Job Functions

  • Reception and Office Support: Greet clients, ensure the office environment is clean and welcoming, schedule meetings, manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, order office marketing materials, and coordinate printer supplies and maintenance with vendors.

  • New Client Onboarding: Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client paperwork, set up funds transfers from surrendering companies, maintain CRM database and client files, and research and resolve issues with Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, or vendors.

  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, prepare account transactions, communicate directly with clients to resolve requests, and liaise with clients' tax or legal counsel as needed.

  • Client Review Preparation and Follow-Up: Gather client data, prepare materials for client meetings and reviews, conduct tax research, complete client review follow-up actions, and perform tax research (e.g., 1099s).

  • Industry, Product, and Company Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge and accurate execution of WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model, possess a strong understanding of financial terminology and products, and attend relevant events and presentations.

  • Team and Corporate Support: Mentor and train Client Service Associates, assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes, communicate process and sales updates to the team, participate in WEG-offered sessions, and manage vendors to established Service Level Agreements.

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of industry experience (including at least 1 year at WEG performing as a Client Service Associate for manager-level consideration).

  • Customer service training, knowledge, or experience.

  • Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products.

  • Ability to work with deadlines, adapt under pressure, and prioritize work.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; experience with Workday preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Comprehensive benefits offerings include:
