Syon Capital is seeking a full-time Client Services Analyst to assist the team in providing best-in-class service to our valued clients. The ideal candidate enjoys tackling challenges, finding innovative solutions, and pursuing inquiries until clear, logical answers are attained. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contact for client requests on designated client relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries and communications within 24 hours with most response within the same day
  • Initiate wires, transfers, and checks for money movements in Schwab Advisor Center
  • Open new accounts by collecting client information, completing forms, and routing to client for signature
  • Manage client account maintenance by updating client contact information as needed
  • Partner with relationship managers to submit trading tasks to Syon Capital’s investment team in the CRM
  • Partner with the Investment team on new cash deployments and portfolio creation
  • Provide out-of-office coverage for other members of the client services team
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects assigned

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of prior experience in a client facing role within the financial services field
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA required (a degree in the Humanities is a plus)
  • Beginner level knowledge with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Black Diamond, Salentica/salesforce, Schwab Advisor, and CAIS/iCapital is a plus
  • A high degree of thoroughness with careful and deliberate attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A mindset that values every task, big or small

  • Hybrid/remote setting—In office Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday WFH

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial services industry standards and regulations

Pay

$85,000 to $100,000 (DOE) + Annual Discretionary Bonus

Schedule

In office Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday WFH
