Client Service Associate
Responsibilities
- Works closely with Advisors to understand overall client financial situation to provide support in creating and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Build and maintain client relationships and participate in meetings as needed.
- Responsible for details and accuracy of all client service tasks including meeting preparation, note-taking, documentation in the CRM program, completing new account documentation, proposal generation, account billing, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, distributions, and other account activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client service related issues as they arise.
- Work closely with internal team to review, monitor and enhance firm processes to improve client experience and attract new clients.
- Receive, direct and handle telephone calls, faxes, emails and mail in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet internal deadlines.
- Maintain high level of organization and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines.
- Handle multiple tasks at one time and respond to client and coworker requests in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate awareness and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality with external client information as well as internal employee and firm information.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree or commensurate experience. Bachelor’s degree in related business field is preferred. 3+ years of experience administrative/operations management within a financial or professional services environment.
Series 65 license or ability to obtain license within 3 months of hire ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation able to be obtained Knowledge of general investment and finance principles/strategies (e.g. Retirement plans, trusts, stock market etc.). Firm understanding of wealth management, taxable vs non-taxable accounts and other industry-specific practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
