Client Service Associate

FutureFWD Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive licensed client service associate to support our growing team. This remote role requires working Eastern Time Zone hours (applicants must reside in CST or EST) and focuses on meeting preparation, follow-ups, business processing, trades, and transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services operations and either hold the necessary licenses or be willing to obtain them within six months. This position offers growth opportunities within the practice, including becoming a client facing advisor. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up - Ensure all pre- and post-meeting tasks are completed, including agenda creation, note-taking, and action item trackingBusiness Processing - Manage and oversee operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all client transactionsTrades & Transactions - Support and process trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesCompliance & Licensing - Maintain regulatory compliance, completing or obtaining required licenses within six months if not already licensedClient & Team Support - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and enhance client service Qualifications & Skills: Experience in financial services operationsStrong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent communication and follow-through on action itemsFamiliarity with financial transactions, trading, and compliance requirementsRequired licenses (series 7, 66, Life and Health) or willingness to obtain them within six monthsTech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, financial platforms, and remote collaboration tools Benefits What We Offer: Remote work with an expectation to work Eastern Time Zone hoursCompetitive compensation: $65,000-$75,000 per yearComprehensive benefits, including health coverage and 401K with a matchPaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysProfessional development opportunities and licensing support If you thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment and are passionate about operational excellence in financial services, we'd love to hear from you!
