Client Service Associate

About the role

The Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in the Wealth Management team, supporting the advancement of an exceptional client experience. They assist with account support services, compliance, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients and the wealth management team with account applications, asset-transfer forms, and client-specific requests.
• Communicating with custodians and following up on client requests.
• Preparing and updating financial schedules, client presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Drafting and processing correspondence to clients via phone and email.
• Supporting tax season by sending account statements to CPAs and clients.
• Generating and delivering ad hoc reports.
• Assisting with DocuSign letters.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience (including internships).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure, work independently, and collaborate in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with portfolio management systems (Tamarac, Axys, Orion) and CRM (Salesforce) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Moderate understanding of investment products and operations.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.

Benefits

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65,000 - $75,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package, which includes an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).
