Lead with Purpose. Partner with Impact. We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients and providing operational support across account management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent client service. What You’ll Do: Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience. Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, providing courteous assistance and relevant information. Client Request Processing: Handle client requests accurately and efficiently, including scheduling appointments and updating records, while keeping clients informed through proactive communication and timely follow-up. Account Support: Assist in account opening, maintenance and operational support, including updating client information, handling forms, liaising with financial advisors on client needs, and maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client information and documentation. Hospitality & Client Experience: Foster a welcoming office environment, ensuring clients feel valued and at ease during their visit. Administrative Support: Perform other clerical tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and handling mail. What You Bring: Experience: Previous experience in client service, hospitality, or administrative roles is preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and with empathy. Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in handling client requests and documentation. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), is a plus. Commitment to Client Care: A warm, friendly demeanor with a client-first mindset. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client information and financial documents.
