Responsibilities
- Responds to routine client requests via phone, email and/or other contact methods.
- Maintains daily custodial alerts including cash management, account updates, trading, etc. and resolves accordingly.
- Records client inquiries including service changes, new account openings, money movements, trading, etc. in CRM.
- Prepares custodian paperwork, facilitates account updates and communicates with clients on status.
- Mets regularly with relationship managers and associate wealth advisors to prioritize workload, provides timely updates on client service items and escalates potential issues when appropriate.
- Aids in preparation of meeting presentation materials, documents meeting follow-ups and takes ownership of specific operational related tasks.
- Participates in team meetings and collaborates with operations leadership team on projects and/or initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree (Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.).
