Essential Responsibilities
- Support Client Service Managers and Advisors with administrative preparation for client review meetings
- Enhance overall client experience by incorporating efficiencies in processes and workflow, monitoring for areas of improvement
- Aid in coordinating client paperwork such as new account forms, statements, signature forms, and reports
- Assist with daily office operations including scheduling meetings, managing mail, client file organization, and maintaining supply orders
- Manage bill payments, prepare month-end expense reports, and track financial transactions including distributions and credit postings
- Cook up client travel arrangements including itinerary preparation, flight research, and special accommodations
- Maintain client calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate household maintenance services
- Process payroll, create invoices, and manage vendor reporting and documentation
- Handle customs forms, property management reports, and banking correspondence as needed
- Support special projects including property renovations and client-specific initiatives
- Provide marketing and branding assistance as needed
- Cook up client and team events
- College degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products preferred
- Must be available to work fully on-site
