Client Service Administrator

About the role
Client Service Administrators manage local office operations, support partner advisors, and deliver an exceptional wealth management client experience. This is a full-time exempt position with a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Act as key point person in managing all local office operations
- Deliver exceptional service experiences with every client interaction
- Serve as a key resource for the Integration Team and partner advisor(s) in leading firm integrations
- Manage office functions, acting as the key contact for vendors, custodians, and advisors
- Demonstrate specialized knowledge of products and services
- Manage and review calendars for advisors and prepare materials for upcoming appointments
- Complete all aspects of new client account onboarding and funding
- Process client service transaction requests
- Handle multiple advisors' books of business and complex service situations
- Provide notary services for client transactions
- Ensure outstanding quality and accuracy of all work
- Expert knowledge of workflows and policies (custodian subject matter expert)
- Create and update procedures and workflows
- Mentor employees for skill development and career growth
- Identify process improvements and partner with leaders to implement changes
- Consistently demonstrate Allworth's guiding principles
Requirements
- Passion for excellent service and client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of financial services industry and client service experience preferred
- Strict attention to detail with high-quality results
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work daily
- Approachable to all staff
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective coaching skills for employee mentoring and development
- High degree of professionalism and leads by example
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Client Relationship Management (CRM), and Document Management workflow systems
- BS/BA degree preferred
Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000.
