Client Service Accounting Manager

Outsourced fintech cloud based accounting firm is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage a team of accountants responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services and helping clients succeed. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a team of 3-5 accountantsOversee client engagements, workflow, deadlines, and quality controlReview financial statements and ensure accurate client reportingMonitor engagement profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiencyBuild strong client relationships and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunitiesServe as a technical resource for accounting and technology-related issuesQualifications7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years at a mid-sized CPA firm3+ years of people management or leadership experienceExperience preparing and consolidating financial statementsExperience with QuickBooks Online and/or XeroBachelor's degree in Accounting requiredCPA strongly preferred
