We provide continuous operations management for essential applications, maintain and monitor all computer storage, network assets, and technology services, and ensure seamless, high-performance delivery for key workloads such as online services, Social Security number verification, and secure data exchanges. We also lead governance activities for infrastructure and software change management, capacity planning, and performance testing, guaranteeing a highly available and resilient environment.

Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle application development, deployment, patching, and management using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, Azure device management, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), PowerShell, SQL, and MSSQL.
- Analyze and resolve highly complex technical problems related to software, hardware, and deployment infrastructures, including the development of sustainable solutions and technical documentation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality, secure, maintainable software solutions.
- Recommend strategies for integrating AI-driven tools, automation technologies, and emerging advancements in artificial intelligence into enterprise operations.
Requirements
To qualify for the 2210 IT Specialist series, applicants must demonstrate the following competencies at the specified levels:

Qualifications
Applicants must have specialized experience that is directly related to the work of the position and have equipped them with the competencies required to successfully perform the duties of the role. This experience is normally attained through the equivalent of one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level of the position being filled.
To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have specialized experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent. This experience must demonstrate proficiency in the following:
- Enterprise client-server architecture, application design principles, and multi-platform software and hardware environments used in large-scale production systems.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, Azure device management, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), PowerShell, SQL, and MSSQL.
- AI-driven tools, automation technologies, and emerging advancements in artificial intelligence, with the ability to recommend strategies for integrating these capabilities into enterprise operations.
