Pay
Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay range: $95,000 (minimum) - $123,000 (midpoint) - $152,000 (maximum).

Responsibilities
- Provides expert guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, enhancing team competency and efficiency.
- Diagnoses and resolves advanced technical problems that are atypical or occur infrequently.
- Maintains accurate documentation of client, network, and server configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Performs regular maintenance and updates on client, network, and server infrastructure, troubleshooting related problems.
- Leads small-scale projects related to client, network, and server deployments, coordinating resources and ensuring timely completion.
- Serves as an informal mentor, offering technical guidance and support to growing team members.
- Drives the exploration and adoption of new technologies to enhance innovation, efficiency, and team capability.
- Implements and maintains security measures to protect global client, network, and server infrastructures.
- Provides high-level technical support with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, handling escalations, and ensuring user-centered service delivery.
- Understands business impact of problems and selects effective resolutions balancing disruption and time to resolution.
- Manages and maintains server environments, including installation, configuration, and updates, following industry best practices.
- Establishes, manages, and tests data backup, recovery processes, and local disaster recovery (DR) plans.
- Creates scripts to automate advanced administrative tasks.
- Reviews and approves solutions for systems and processes to improve resolution times and maintain SLA targets.
