Responsibilities
- Collaborate across all distribution channels to design, refine, and scale client segmentation strategies
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to sales teams and clients to support client acquisition, retention, and prioritization
- Support the development and enhancement of sales tools and resources, including CRM platforms, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Monitor sales performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Partner with the broader distribution COO team and across other key internal and external stakeholders in support of all client and sales needs
- Support the thoughtful, incremental use of data and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to enhance client segmentation, improve insights, and inform sales strategy as tools and processes mature
Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in asset management and financial services, ideally in business consulting and/or client-facing roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce; experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or CRM
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience with third party data sets including Broadridge, SS&C Wallet Share, DB data packs, bright scope
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
- High integrity and professional presence, with the ability to represent Allspring with credibility and enthusiasm
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Operate computer programs and software
- Communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
- Work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of asset management products, vehicles, services, and market dynamics
- Proven success working cross-functionally in dynamic, evolving environments
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with excellent facilitation and presentation skills
