About the role

The Client Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, focusing on new construction projects. This role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the mid-market sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the new construction market
  • Present proposals and solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of the new construction industry
