About the role
The Client Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, focusing on new construction projects. This role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the mid-market sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the new construction market
- Present proposals and solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the new construction industry
