Client Sales Educator

About the role

We help clients understand and start life-changing programs. This role requires a sharp, motivated individual to guide clients through the process.

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on available programs and services and communicate the value of taking action.
  • Guide clients through the decision-making process and encourage them to take the next step toward their goals.
  • Work towards individual KPIs and contribute to team performance benchmarks.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and persistence, keeping client outcomes at the center of every conversation.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or goal-driven role (retail, hospitality, sales support, team lead, etc.)
  • Motivated by performance metrics and take pride in consistently hitting — and exceeding — your numbers
  • Strong communication skills — you can break down complex information and make a compelling case simply and clearly
  • Resilience and a positive mindset; you bounce back quickly and stay focused when things don't go as planned
  • Some leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role — team leads and shift supervisors are encouraged to apply
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing focus

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Some college preferred
  • Additional certifications in customer service, sales, or related fields are a plus
