About the role
We help clients understand and start life-changing programs. This role requires someone who can guide clients through the process of starting these programs.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on available programs and services and clearly communicate the value of taking action.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process and confidently encourage them to take the next step toward their goals.
- Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance benchmarks.
- Handle objections with professionalism and persistence, keeping client outcomes at the center of every conversation.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or goal-driven role (retail, hospitality, sales support, team lead, etc.)
- Motivated by performance metrics and take pride in consistently hitting — and exceeding — your numbers
- Strong communication skills — you can break down complex information and make a compelling case simply and clearly
- Resilience and a positive mindset; you bounce back quickly and stay focused when things don't go as planned
- Some leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role — team leads and shift supervisors are encouraged to apply
- The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing focus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Some college preferred
- Additional certifications in customer service, sales, or related fields are a plus
