About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on benefits strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative benefits programs that meet organizational needs and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, and incorporate this knowledge into benefit program design.
  • Manage the benefits administration process, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on the impact of benefits programs on employee engagement and cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing benefits programs.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with benefits administration software.

Qualifications

  • Experience with benefits technology platforms such as Benefitsolver, MyChoice Accounts, and ComplianceDashboard.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based bonuses, and equity incentives.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible working hours.
