About the role
The Client Resource Center (Call Center) is seeking a full-time 40-hour position at our Redding location. We are looking for an outgoing, goal-oriented individual who can join our fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products and services
- Process transactions and requests efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to:
- 1 year of call center and/or other related experience required, 2 or more years preferred
- Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including word processing, spreadsheet and email software programs
Qualifications
- Completion of high school or equivalent
Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced team environment, multi-task, and establish customer relationships
