Client Relationship Manager
About the Role
Responsible for new business implementation, asset retention, growth of assets, and client satisfaction for an assigned book of business. This role focuses on maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs to drive financial opportunities and support a better financial future for individuals and communities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
- Develop business plans that identify key clients and outline action steps to manage those relationships.
- Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues, including performance, diversification, style, and suitability.
- Work with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns aimed at increasing participation and contribution rates.
- Assist sales representatives with sales presentations and act as a subject matter expert on topics such as the Voya Service Model, installation process, ongoing service, and procedures.
- Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
- Travel frequently as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry or 2 years within the defined contribution marketplace.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses.
- State insurance license.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $89,170 - $148,650 USD. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (e.g., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on role and performance. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and skill level.
