We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - About Us (company description) - maybe not needed as a heading? Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading for summary of role. The posting includes a "Summary" paragraph describing role. So we can put that under

About the role

with

. - Responsibilities: The posting includes "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" with subcategories: Business Development & Sales, Client Relationship Management, Account Administration, Collaboration with CSM. We can combine into a single

  • list of duties. Should we break into subheadings? Not required; just list items. - Requirements: The posting includes "Education & Experience" with bullet-like sentences: Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required, 3+ years of sales experience..., Proficiency..., Excellent communication..., Willingness to travel..., Travel Requirements (Travel 50% to 75%). Also "Travel Requirements" separate line. We can treat these as requirements. - Qualifications: Might overlap with Requirements. Could combine? But we need separate sections only if content. Could have "Qualifications" for education/experience, and "Skills" for proficiencies. However we must not create thin sections. Let's see: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required, 3+ years of sales experience with proven revenue responsibility of $1M+. That's qualifications. Then "Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; AI proficient. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel 50–75%; occasional weekend and evening work required." Those are skills. Travel Requirements line duplicates travel. Could include under Skills or Requirements. - Benefits: The posting includes "What We Offer" with list: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Parental Leave, Life, Accident and Disability, Retirement with Company Match, Paid Time Off. Also Salary range and bonus. So we have Pay and Benefits sections. - Pay: Salary range of $68,000-$80,000 based upon experience. Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 20% of the base salary. - Schedule: The posting mentions "It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week." Also location list. So we can have Schedule section with that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: Diversity Commitment, EEO, etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? But we could keep company description under About the role? Actually About the role is role summary; we could also include company description under About the role? Might be okay. But we should preserve all substantive information. The About Us description is substantive about company; we could include it under About the role heading as part of role context. Or we could create a separate "About the company" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings only. So we can incorporate company description into About the role section. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info: location list, hybrid schedule, travel 50-75%, etc. Let's craft:

Requirements/Education & Experience: We could have

    Requirements

with list. But we also have Qualifications and Skills. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? However instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can include all three if they have substantive content. Let's see: Requirements: maybe the mandatory items: High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required, 3+ years of sales experience with proven revenue responsibility of $1M+, willingness to travel 50–75%; occasional weekend and evening work required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; AI proficient. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. We could keep three sections. Let's craft:

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
    • 3+ years of sales experience with proven revenue responsibility of $1M+.
    • Willingness to travel 50–75%; occasional weekend and evening work required.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; AI proficient.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
But note that the "Education & Experience" also includes "Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required". So we split. Now Benefits:

We should also include location list? Already in About the role. Check for duplicated lines: We have travel mention in Requirements and also in About the role (hybrid schedule). That's fine. We must not include boilerplate like Diversity Commitment, etc. We removed. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also mentions "The Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially. These are a handful of the types of programs and benefits our full-time people may be eligible for. There may be some variances in specific benefits across regions." That's covered by benefits list. Also "Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 20% of the base salary." included in Pay. Also "Travel Requirements Travel 50% to 75%" we included in Requirements. Also "Willingness to travel 50–75%; occasional weekend and evening work required." included. Also "Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; AI proficient." included.
