Client Relationship Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plans for assigned retail partners
• Translate retail broker models into actionable company strategies
• Identify priority segments and execution opportunities
• Build trust-based relationships with retail broker leadership
• Drive execution across teams without direct authority
• Provide market insights and competitor tracking
• Present strategies and updates to the company leadership

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in carrier and retail brokerage roles
• Significant experience with large national retail brokers
• Strong background in carrier distribution or broker engagement
• Proven ability to create and implement structured growth plans
• Highly self-directed, organized, and proactive

Pay

$137,000 – $157,000 annually
