About the role

This role involves building relationships with customers through various channels, providing advice, and originating and closing consumer loans. It requires strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual meetings to provide financial advice.
• Assess and attend to customers' banking needs, obtain and process customer information, and educate on available products.
• Recommend financial solutions based on individual customer goals and needs.
• Originate and close consumer loans, open and close accounts, and assist in branch operations.

Requirements

• Three to four years of customer service experience.
• Three to four years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five years of customer service experience for Client Relationship Consultant 3.
• Five or more years of customer service experience for Client Relationship Consultant 4.

Skills

• Thorough knowledge of retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to explore and identify customer needs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in making appropriate recommendations.
