About the role

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Job Description: Build strong client relationships, engage customers via various channels, and recommend suitable products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs
  • Identify and recommend solutions based on clients' unique goals and needs
  • Maintain a consistent optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to serve clients
  • Open new consumer and business accounts, handle service requests, and submit credit applications
  • Proactively educate clients on digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs
  • Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and ensure operational excellence and accuracy

Requirements

NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z is required. You will be subject to a criminal background and credit check.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
  • Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset
  • Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
