Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a small team of approximately 4 employees across reception, concierge, hospitality, and facilities functions
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and professional environment
  • Lead by example, providing hands-on support while coaching and developing team members
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client and guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Cook up facilities operations, including vendor management, office upkeep, and workspace readiness
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing reception, concierge, hospitality, or facilities operations in a corporate or client-facing environment
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving needs
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
