Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small team of approximately 4 employees across reception, concierge, hospitality, and facilities functions
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a polished, welcoming, and professional environment
- Lead by example, providing hands-on support while coaching and developing team members
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and guest inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Cook up facilities operations, including vendor management, office upkeep, and workspace readiness
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience overseeing reception, concierge, hospitality, or facilities operations in a corporate or client-facing environment
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving needs
