Client Relations Specialist - Fast Track Opportunity to Freight Broker

Responsibilities
- Build and grow a portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships and uncovering needs to convert opportunities into active business.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers to increase volume, revenue, and wallet share.
- Own day-to-day customer interactions by responding quickly to questions, managing exceptions and escalations, and resolving conflict professionally.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet customer commitments and service expectations.
- Quote and price freight, applying negotiation skills, market insight, and customer buying patterns to execute pricing strategy.
- Plan, build, and execute shipments (with AI agent support) aligned to customer expectations.
- Identify account growth potential and cultivate transactional relationships into more committed, repeatable partnerships supported by business development resources.
- Use data, reporting, and market/customer updates to uncover service and growth opportunities and inform daily priorities.
- Improve how work gets done by adopting new tools/technology, identifying automation opportunities, and helping document and follow SOPs.
- Operate with urgency and a team-first mindset by supporting teammates’ customers when needed and contributing in daily/weekly stand-ups.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Engagement Experience (internal or external).
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $19.23 - $38.47 per hour. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
