About the role

The Client Relations Specialist (CRS) will work out of any of our three office locations (Little Canada, Burnsville, Wayzata), depending on the client meeting location.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic referral relationships and convert potential clients through outreach, networking, follow-ups, and sales meetings.
  • Reinforce the firm’s values and maintain connections with former clients.
  • Build relationships with referral sources via various outreach activities, networking events, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Communicate the values and culture of our firm to referral sources.
  • Convert potential clients to clients through sales meetings and follow-up, including Care Calls to former clients.

Pay

The position earns monthly bonuses based on sales, roughly $20,000 annually to start with, room for growth. Hourly rate: $24.
