Summary Of Position
Kinsley is seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to support client relations and business development efforts for our Hagerstown, MD office. This role involves building and maintaining relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting Kinsley Construction.
Requirements
- Experience in construction or a related industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Knowledge of the commercial construction market in the MD/WV/VA region
- General understanding of commercial construction practices and project lifecycle
- Demonstrated success in developing business relationships and identifying opportunities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to collaborate effectively
- Self-directed with the ability to manage priorities independently
- Adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
