Client Relations Director

What You’ll Do

• Overtake and inspire a high-performing team in the corporate space, cultivating a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
• Employ knowledge of Hospitality and luxury experiences within reception, records, and office services to ensure all services are elevated and embody an 'above and beyond' mentality.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and expand services, streamline processes, and maintain top-tier service delivery.
• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, comprehending their evolving workplace needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Analyze financial metrics, manage budgets, and implement data-driven strategies that enhance profitability and operational success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, introduce innovative workplace strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term success.

What You Bring

• A strong background in Conference Services, Workplace Experience, Office Services, or Legal Services within a high-performance environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading national teams, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational success.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships, delivering solutions that enhance their business.
• Experience managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing workplace services for maximum efficiency.
• Proficiency in workplace technology and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and enhance outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams across various locations.

Pay

Up to $140K annually.
