Client Project Implementation Consultant
About the role
As the main point of contact for the client during the implementation stage, you will help clients solve their pain points to grow their business. You will effectively transfer knowledge to users on good practices and the functional and technical aspects of the Motility suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes
- Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with a focus in software or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel (up to 80%), including travel to Canada
- Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS, and general programming methodologies and software architecture or equivalent knowledge
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to convey technical information in an easy-to-understand way
- Strong presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
