About the role

This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Twin Cities Market and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom office when needed. Our Slalom Minneapolis team is looking for a Client Partner to join our Healthcare Portfolio and scale accounts across the region. This individual will drive the overall growth of our business through a combination of business development, oversight of accounts, delivery of projects, and thought leadership/campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the profitability and growth of assigned accounts within our Healthcare portfolio (revenue & utilization goals).
  • Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom offerings and set the direction for that growth.
  • Accountability for project quality, including delivery of work, staffing teams, and monitoring utilization.
  • Provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements.
  • Drive business development efforts with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements within the vertical.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and understand how Slalom capabilities interact.
  • Partner with your client(s) to influence strategic direction and identify ways Slalom can help them achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience working in the Professional Services industry with a focus on large-scale delivery and account growth, preferably with healthcare industry experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of $2.5 - $10 million in revenue.
  • Ability to create and draft a thorough account plan, understanding where Slalom’s solutions can solve clients’ problems.
  • Ability to read and properly interpret a client’s RFP, RFQ/RFO, and RFI, assess whether Slalom is a good fit, and recommend/decide if Slalom should respond.
  • Strong relationships with Healthcare clients in the region.
  • Experience building relationships with CXOs and senior business decision-makers.
  • Experience in business operations with an ability to drive insights through data along with budget and project management experience.

Pay

The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $164,000 to $246,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
