Responsibilities
Own and achieve a defined annualized sales target (heavily commission-incentivized on top of base salary).
Identify and close new logo and expansion services business across enterprise accounts with $2B+ in revenue.
Manage the full consulting sales lifecycle, including all pre-sales motions for advisory and strategy work.
Serve as the regional expert and face of Ashling to keep the firm top-of-mind for automation and AI-driven solutions.
Drive account growth, client retention, and strategic innovation by developing and executing annual account plans.
Partner with clients to guarantee delivery excellence, governance, and strict alignment with business goals.
Step into active, billable roles on engagements (e.g., Client Service Lead, Delivery Lead, or SME).
Oversee engagement health and operational excellence (utilization, revenue, gross profit, and pipeline).
Provide direct people management, leadership, and career mentorship to a localized team of consultants.
Help develop the portfolio business plan, mature Ashling’s market offerings, and launch new AI/automation solutions.
Share perspectives on emerging automation trends and best practices with clients and internal practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years in automation, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
Proven experience directly managing, developing, and leading high-performing consulting or technical teams.
Strong ability to sell to, communicate with, and influence leadership-level stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with project estimation, implementation planning, application expertise, and project management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Deep knowledge of the automation space and hyperscaler ecosystems (e.g., UiPath, Celonis, Google Cloud), including RPA, Agentic AI, IDP, and low-code platforms.
Specialized vertical expertise (e.g., Banking/Financial Services) is preferred but not required.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is:
Base Pay: $200,000 to $250,000 USD per year
Variable Commission: $170,000 to $200,000 USD per year
