Client Onboarding Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate initial meetings with clients
- Gather essential information and requirements
- Oversight of the design and development process
- Ensure all project milestones are met
- Communicate updates to clients
- Address any questions or concerns that arise during the onboarding phase
- Arrange and conduct client onboarding strategy meetings
- Create schedules for clients with a clear timeline
- Afforded assistance with the completion of all necessary setup documents
- Act as the liaison between the client and all other internal teams
- Track all work and its completion through various company systems
- Complete multiple quality checks throughout the process
- Facilitate the actual “Go Live” of the website and transfer of clients post-launch to the Account Executive Team
- Be highly organized, self-starter, able to adapt to processes, maintain excellent attention to detail
- Work under pressure and handle multiple projects in different phases
- Be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
