Client Onboarding Associate

Position Overview Exciting opportunity for a client services professional to join a rapidly growing fund administration firm! The Client Onboarding Associate role plays a key role in helping to onboard new clients to Standish’s fund accounting group. The Client Onboarding Associate will be responsible for compiling and maintaining investor and engagement team information, file organization, and assisting with other client deliverables. This role will report directly to the Client Onboarding Coordinators and Managers. High performers will have the opportunity to progress within the Client Onboarding and System Solutions Team. Responsibilities Assist internal engagement teams with onboarding activities, such as providing access to folders, group mailboxes, and other engagement activitiesCompile and organize investor CRM informationAssist with data validations, loads, and reconciliations for client implementationsCommunicate and provide information to the technology team to set up client portalsAssist with client workspace setup within Standish’s project management softwareProvide general administrative support to the Client Onboarding and System Solutions TeamCollaborate with the Client Onboarding Fund Controllers to develop and implement best practices Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required1+ years of experience in a client‐oriented professional office environment, preferably in a related industryProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookFamiliarity with CRM systems a plus (Allvue, eFront, etc.)Ability to manage high volume workload by multi-tasking and prioritizingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external partiesAbility to work independently and exercise professional judgmentTeam player with a strong work ethicAdept using web-based data entry databases
