About the role

You will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings. This includes processing client requests, answering inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process client requests and inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Handle client complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in client services or banking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
