Client Manager, Group Benefits - Premier Markets
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates ongoing stakeholder relationships (with clients, consultants, brokers, underwriters) through proactive client engagement (e.g., meetings, plan reviews) to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Gathers relevant data/information and interprets reports to inform right rate action for clients.
Manages the lifecycle of a client to drive the right policy and plan solutions to their benefit needs, while balancing the needs of the client with that of the business.
Negotiates with multiple stakeholders (e.g., clients, consultants, brokers, underwriters) to manage renewal rates for assigned client accounts and generates strategic plan alternative options to meet the clients' unique benefit needs and financial objectives.
Serves as main contact for plan holder/client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, persistency, growth, and profitability goals are achieved.
Understands the insurance ecosystem, works closely with sales, service, underwriting and support to provide a unified and aligned messaging, strategy and approach to client.

Accountable to client retention, account management, driving growth, strategic planning, and coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional service client satisfaction.
Takes a customer-centric approach to support goals around service quality, persistency, add-issue, enrollment, re-enrollment, selling rate, and profitable growth.
LEVEL
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own Job Family; and basic knowledge of related Job Families. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
SALARY RANGE
$65,630.00 - $107,817.50
The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
