About the Role

Manages a more complex or higher-revenue book of business and provides consultative support throughout the client lifecycle. This role owns client relationships, leads renewals and implementations, and resolves complex service issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manages dedicated Book of Business: medium-to-large volume book or a smaller set of higher revenue or more complex clients (e.g., self-funded, custom plans), requiring higher service intensity and tailored engagement models. May support light prospecting.
  • Has ownership and accountability for client relationships, service plans, timelines, and execution quality.
  • Leads benefit implementations, vendor management, renewals, and open enrollment strategy and delivery.
  • Primary point of contact for daily client service.
  • May provide coaching or training for junior Client Managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience
